Current News FFY 2008 AT State Plan New Chair of RICAT Device Exchange Website	Rhode Island Council on Assistive Technology (RICAT) "Promoting and supporting availability of assistive technology for people with disabilities" RICAT members recently voted to elect Charles Pollock as the new Chair of the Council. They began their term at the August 18, 2007 RICAT meeting. Many thanks were given to Jeanne Panarace, past Chair for all of her hard work.
